Using The SIS DataHub Pro to Analyze NFL Performance
We tried something a little different this Friday heading into Week 2 of the NFL season. Two of our football experts, Corey March and Andrew Oja, made a YouTube video analyzing Week 1 in the NFL and relating how those numbers can be useful in analyzing player performance. They used our subscription tool, the DataHub Pro, to make those evaluations.
Among the things they pointed out:
Kenneth Walker III had 6 broken tackles and 5 missed tackles in his outstanding game for the Chiefs in Week 1.
Jayden Daniels was better than he looked in Week 1. He led all quarterbacks in our player value stat, Total Points, despite his Commanders losing to the Eagles.
Three rookies that stood out for their high tackle games were Josiah Trotter (Buccaneers), Anthony Hill Jr. (Titans), and Jacob Rodriguez (Dolphins).
And under concerns, they pointed out that both Matthew Stafford and Dak Prescott went 1-for-8 when under pressure.

Our statistical information package includes Total Points, our proprietary metric that values everything that happens on the field, as well as position-specific performance data in the form of raw totals, averages, and percentile rankings. And we explain our stats in our glossary.
