NFL Draft Review

If you’re looking for even more NFL Draft content, you’ve come to the right place.

The first place you should head to is our NFL Draft Website, where you can filter our Big Board by team so that you can see all our scouting reports for your drafted players at a glance.

Our associate director of football operations, Nathan Cooper, did this for all 32 teams in compiling his annual draft evaluation.

Nathan calculated how each team did at compiling talent (separate from positional value) and found that the teams that made out best in the Draft were the Panthers, Chiefs, Giants, Jets, and Buccaneers. Those who did the worst by Nathan’s scale were the Patriots, 49ers, Broncos, Eagles, and Jaguars. Here’s the Top 10 at a glance.

If you prefer your draft content in audio form, check out The Off The Charts Football Podcast’s draft recap episode.

James Weaver and Alex Vigderman from the R&D department are joined by Ben Hrkach, Jeff Dean, and Jordan Edwards from our Scouting Department to look at what teams gained the most value, what teams left the most on the table, what players found a dream home, and a lot more!

Topics included:

  • Rueben Bain Jr.'s perfect fit in Tampa

  • The Chiefs capitalized on drafting value

  • Jacksonville ends up with a perplexing draft board

  • Was the Ty Simpson selection warranted?

The NFL Draft Website has scouting reports for more than 400 of the top players. With that, we’ve got ratings and rankings. It’s basically everything a GM would want to know.

Our statistical information package includes Total Points, our proprietary metric that values everything that happens on the field, as well as position-specific performance data in the form of raw totals, averages, and percentile rankings. And we explain our stats in our glossary.

And check out our NFL Draft Matrix, where you can see all our rankings at a glance …
